Just had a call from a Jeff at a Paramount Communications asking if I still had my timeshares. I was curious about where it would lead so when I responded that I did still have them, he said that he was talking to owners because there were increasing complaints about the timeshare industry and he wanted to ask about my complaints.
It's a rather dull Friday evening so I answered in a very cheery voice that I had no complaints. He asked in a rather uncertain voice if I was sure I didn't have complaints about maintenance fees - "No!" - complaints about availability - "No" - complaints about sales tactics - "No".
His final question asked again if I was satisfied with my timeshare and I told him that I sure was. He sounded kind of disappointed, thanked me and hung up.
I wonder it was leading to a supposed class action suit with upfront legal fees, or an offer to help me out of my timeshare.
Anyone had calls from this bunch?
