Inn at Mazatlan Penthouse 1 w/ 2bm 2ba, week 13

Looking for a new owner for our Inn at Mazatlan unit. Penthouse in the older building and about 1100 sq ft. Huge patio overlooking the ocean- awesome beach and this resort is a favorite with Tuggers. Gold crown.

Our schedule has changed and we cannot use it. It is week 13 April 2- April 9, 2012. Fees paid through 2011. $500 transfer fee to resort.

How much are you asking for it? We own a floating week in the penthouse in the tower and love it. Does it have 3 bedrooms also?
