When I pass, will my children automatically inherit my Diamond points if I have no will or trust? I have received conflicting information from Diamond and just wondered if anyone else has any information or experience with this. Thank you very much.

I believe TimeTraveler is correct, without a will your estate will go to probate.

With probate, the state will decide how to divide up your assets. Do you have more than one child?

What do you want to happen with your timeshare? Contrary to what some resorts and timeshare cancellation companies tell you, nobody can be forced to inherit something they don't want.
