My partner lost her mum 15 years ago. Her mom had timeshare at Island Village, Adeje. We THINK this was left to my partner but we have no details. After such long time is there any way of finding anything out and is there any point?
I know nothing of this timeshare, but the vast majority of timeshares have zero or negative value except for ongoing vacations.
If you have had no contact with this timeshare for 15 years, it is safe to assume it was foreclosed upon for non-payment of annual maintenance fees. Unless you know this unit has substantial value (highly unlikely) or you have a burning desire to stay there, I would suggest letting sleeping dogs lie.
