My sister was the executor of my mom's estate and without my knowledge, quitclaimed the deed to my mother's timeshare from her trust to me. I do not want it. How do I get out of this? In addition, I'm not getting any paperwork from the company, Desert Willow. What can I do?

I think you can file a 'disclaimer of inheritance' if it was deeded to you without your knowledge (or signature). Best consult with a lawyer versed in probate matters. Might cost some, but better than years of fees.
