This is a great thread, but I think the thread is turning into an attack on one party. And on information beyond what is posted here.

Beyond that - I think we live in an economy where people/organizations that provide expert services are paid a premium for their expertise? Granted, 50% of their expertise is available to anyone willing to learn something about market and put forth the effort to act on that.

And here we have someone who has an asset that they do not want and do not know how to get rid of. Instead of learning how to best use or sell their timeshare, they do not want to bother. So they pay someone else to do it for them. ie. create an ad on ebay and coordinate the closing / transfer. How is the party that provides that service in the wrong.

Didn't mean to turn this into an attack just clarifying the relationship of the triad of companies under the time no more inc. umbrella. In Bill4728's original post, it is an article about time no more and dkgalpha showed up on the forum to come to his company's defence. I was not trying to attack dkgalpha on a personal basis but clarifying their business model. I did not see the removed post by dkgalpha so do not know if he attempted to refute the fact that Sarah Turner, an officer of RAN, TF, & TNM reports to him. My personal dealings with Sarah through TF indicated that she required Darren's approval and I was provided at that time, a phone number for Darren. Darren is not an officer of Timeshare Freedom but Sarah required his approval? Sounds like his statements to the contrary are not quite implemented in the real world.

How are they in the wrong? They utilize the same techniques that sold timeshares to create an atmosphere that misleads those in attendance into believing that their timeshare is useless. In some cases, that is actually factual but TNM will probably not take those timeshares. Instead, those attending pcc meetings often pay to unload reasonably valuable assets as they have been misled into believing they are worthless. They further mislead consumers who buy their products on eBay that an independant escrow company will handle the closing. We here at TUG understand the relationship between the eBay lister and closing company but most buyers on eBay do not.
