I am trying to make sense of this. Why is Sweden seemingly immune from the virus? It's a colder climate, especially at this time of year.

People in Sweden are not immune.
We don't know how many people are tested in each country but we know that there is less cases and more death in Sweden than Norway+Denmark together for a similar population of 10M.
