I'm confused -- is Disney still part of RCI system?

I had heard that Disney was leaving RCI for II, but when I recently checked RCI I saw some Disney World properties popping up for later in 2022. Can someone explain what's going on? (It would be great if Disney could still be part of RCI!)

Disney is moving to II slowly. I guess a lot of DVC members deposited points and needed to use them. I hope RCI continues to get DVC into 2023, but that is not likely to happen.

DVC units are available now in II, but Disney still has to make good on its RCI deposits, of which there probably was a ton because of the pandemic, so they are in both places.

Eventually, the DVC well will run dry but for now RCI members can enjoy the availability.

Since we do not see increased inventory from other high end resorts (presumably other owners act in a similar way) is also possible that at the end of the relationship they realized Disney should have deposited a lot more weeks. In case they have to deposit by a certain date we see now DVC deposits that were not usually available in RCI.

I have gotten Boardwalk, Animal kingdom, Wilderness lodge. These I haven't seen in a few years in RCi. Before this year the only one's that I have seen has been Saratoga Springs, which I do like but it is nice to see others.

Marriott will exchange into Interval and there are some Saratoga Springs in there now. RCI also has some in Key west and Saratoga now also. Disney had a block on trading into DVC for resorts that were within a certain amount of miles near to it (I am not sure the exact number).
