II shows Usage 2013 printed in Red, why?

When I look today at my list of available units to exchange, under one resort I own at with a fixed week, I see Usage 2013 printed in Red. And on next line it says available, like other weeks I have not yet deposited with II. This is new notation for me. Anyone know what this is, or why it shows up differently on my list of units available? Thanks for any help.
