II Searching with ac

I get a grid when I try searching with my ac. I also have a "K" next to my ac and my Sands of Kahana. My marriott does not have a "K" next to it. Does anyone know how not to get the grid when shopping with an ac.

I couldn't get my AC to work either in the new II website.

For the past week I would sometimes get the grid with an AC and sometimes not. I never used to get the grid. Now in the new web site I put in a date but still get the grid. Get an error after making selection. I assume a bug which is not to be unexpected.

flexchange changed

I just got off the phone with them. I too am have the same problem, the only other search available is by putting in the time fram and resort/destination. They took away the all destinations available check off, so know you can't see what is available for a flexchange. I complained because with the grid, I can not get what I want when I want and was hoping come FEB something would pop up in felxchange that I would take. I know I can see all kinds of places within 60 days that my AC can not see. If you agree call and complain.

Don't know about the AC, but I found a way to search for all available areas during flexchange (or any other dates). After doing a search, click on 'other suggestions'. The drop down that appears seems to have all the availability for the dates I selected.

Can't do anything w/mine

You are lucky you can see the "grid" and search with it. I can do nothing at all w/mine. I just get different error messages every time I try!
