I exchanged into the Four Seasons Aviara, and am wondering if anyone else has recently exchanged through II. Are there any resort fees charged to exchangers?

I looked in the Four Seasons app and I see resort fees at $25/nt already in the preauthorization charge. I don't recall this same thing when I visited Troon in August, and it doesn't appear on their welcome letter. The II confirmation doesn't mention it except for the standard boilerplate language about additional fees.

I will call but curious if anyone else has been there recently on an exchange and can comment?

Thanks,
Ryan

No resort fees. They put a $ 700 hold on your credit card for incidentals, but it is removed when you check out.
Great resort. Enjoy.
