Hello! Has anybody received an II Confirmation Certificate that had the confirmation number, but the Reservation Number is 0 (under resort info)? If so, did you have any problems checking in at the resort?

My Mother-in-law allowed me to use her II exchange. I received a Confirmation Certificate via email. There's a confirmation number, but under the hotel information, the reservation number is 0. I called II and the lady was not familiar with the confirmation certificate, so she had to send a message to someone who might know more. She was told that the reservation number 0 is fine just as long as I bring the certificate with the confirmation number. I will have to purchase the $49 guest certificate since my mother-in-law will not be with us during our trip.

Thank you! :)
