I know that we have a lot of exchanges, getaways and retrades. The My History page in our II account takes a long time to load. This isn't new, it has been like this for a long time. Do others here experience this? Do you have a lot or very few transactions in My History?

I have the same issue and have for some time. I have quite a few transactions as I used to add eplus to everything and frequently used every transaction. I have also done a couple of retrades. I never thought about the amount of data on that page, but now that you mention it, that could be part of the problem.

I do think that is the problem. It seems the website has to download all the transaction data for every tab as well as history data for each transaction before it loads. It would be good if they use pagenation on that page to only load an initial set of data and you could page through for more if necessary.

Yes, my history page does takes a long time to download. And yes, I do have a lot of transactions.
When I go into my sister’s account, it is much quicker. She owns fewer units thus less trades.

It's a lot easier to use the app to load history. You can only see past exchanges up to a certain point though.

You have it correct. The website has to download your entire history. If you do enough transactions, it overloads the system and you will get to the point where your 'My History' page will not load at all. You get an error message. At that point, it's a nightmare.

There's no way for II's system to truncate your history. I was told that when II introduced their new system last year, it was supposed to resolve this issue but that has not been the case.

Well, that is a problem that they need to fix. Unless they move anything with an open eplus to another page, you won't be able to do any eplus exchanges. Yikes.

Retrades, in general, regular or eplus is very problematic. I've had to keep very good records on what bookings/trades I've done. I know the phone number by heart now. And you know which are the knowledgeable, capable agents and which ones aren't

I can see transactions all the way back to August 8th-15th 1999, 2 bedroom at Blue Tree Resort in Orlando. Crazy number of exchanges.
