I just booked a Getaway to Grand Mayan NV for a honeymoon for one of my interns this July. She is eligible for the $200 resort credit. I thought somebody posted here that they just showed up & GM had the credit noted in the acct, he/she did not need to "do" anything to get the credit.

I searched but can no longer find the post.

Can anyone with first hand experience confirm? I could call II but since 70% of what they tell me is wrong, I thought I'd try TUG first.
