Can anyone tell me if this is possible :

I have an II account, but my Mom and Dad, who also owns timeshare, do not. Can I add their property to my account, so I can look after their exchanges ???

Their resort is also listed under II

No, you can't add that - only resorts owned by the same exact name(s) can be on the same account.

No - the deed has to be in the same name as the name on the Acct.
