Long list and constantly expanding. I believe every Worldmark in Oregon is now closed.

I have a couple of res's for Marriott Desert Springs Villas in the next couple of months. So I was surprised to see it on the list. So I went to the Marriott Facebook site and I was surprised to see no mention of the closure. Maybe the people updating the site are on furlough.

Per Marriott Vacation Club resort updates website, it is indeed closed.

I got a response from Marriott of FB that they are tentatively re-opening on April 24.

But "supposedly" -- according to the experts like Cuomo - - the peak will occur in 2 weeks. But based on the rate of "growth" being 33% per day, I think that this is - - once again - - optimistic.

I'm hoping that late August will be safe...

In California, the experts are guessing that the peak will come late April. So, I can't imagine the four Marriott Palm Desert resorts re-opening at the peak of the pandemic. I'm wondering if Marriott, like California Gov't and Federal Gov't are giving us "best case" guesses with the thought that bad news in little pieces is better than the bad news all in one bite.

I called the Marriott timeshare resort in Branson today. The resort has canceled all activities, maid service and programs. They said all the restaurants in Branson are closed except for take out. Yet the resort is still open. Why oh why don't they close down so we can get some relief from our exchanges and weeks from Interval???

The Marriott’s Manor Club @ Ford Colony in Williamsburg, Va is still open. All resorts activities has been canceled.
