- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Are you asking when you will see more 2021 inventory in II? If so there is developer inventory which varies by developer and then owner deposits. It seems that for a lot of the good stuff, many owners wait to decide to deposit until 3-4 months before check in. Even for the average stuff most developers require MF's to be prepaid so it doesn't happen until November -January. A few developers deposit stuff early 1+ years in advance but 6-7 months may be more normal except for inventory that they know owners won't be wanting to book internally.
