I am surprised this hasn't been posted yet as I have seen others mention they received their II books. There is some fine print on the single page insert in ours indicating that II fees are going up to $89 per year ($5 increase). Exchange fees will go up to $149 (domestic) and $164 (International) if booked via phone. This is up $10. The exchange fees won't increase if you confirm your exchange online.

Must be very fine print as I'm not finding it.

While disappointing, it's not really a surprise. I believe the exchange and membership fee has been the same since we first purchased a timeshare back in 1998.

In our packet it is on the card/sheet that has the address label on it. If you tossed that, then you won't find it. It is on white and yellow cardstock piece of paper that is titled "It's Here!".

I missed it

On the other hand, I am numb re. MFs, trading fees, advertising fees and all the other fee increases. I guess I just expect it. :(

I'm a Marriott owner. I exchanged a banked Marriott week for a stay at another Marriott resort next summer just yesterday. I did this online, and the fee was $99 for the Marriott to Marriott trade. I don't remember it being that high in past years....

I suppose I shouldn't complain too loudly. The week I gave up was my efficiency unit, and I picked up a 2BR. I was surprised when I searched online to quickly see a 2BR available in trade for an efficiency 6 months in the future.

I tossed it. Normally, I toss their books in the corner and they stay there until the next one arrives. I do just about everything online and what I don't do online, I call to make a request first exchange request.

I actually is not Marriott's fee. II charges a lower exchange fee of $99 for Marriott to Marriott exchanges, this fee goes to II. The fee was changes last January I beleive. It used to be $89.
