I own week 39 - 1 BR prem - at HRA. My deposit shows week 38 - 1 BR deluxe (not a full kitchen) at HRA. is this normal that its a "downgrade"... does it really matter since its the same season and just a smaller unit? thanks

You are an SVN member so Starwood controls the week that gets deposited.
As far as trading within II, the size of the one bedroom unit doesnt matter. As long as it sleeps 4 privately it will trade the same. All units at Harborside are considered limited kitchen by II because they lack an oven.
