II and AC weeks for enrolled owners

Is II still giving DC enrolled an AC week each year for there original II account. We joined the DC last Sept 2010 and haven't seen an AC for this coming year. We did get one last year after we joined. Our old II account ends 2015.

It is every other year, not every year. You should get another one in 2012 and a final one in 2014.
