If you buys EOY points, do you get RCI Membership EVERY year?

If someone buys Wyndham points that are every other year, does Wyndham give them an RCI membership EVERY year?

We started out with one EOY contract and had access to II every year. I suppose the same would be true with RCI.

Yes. Not only you have your RCI membership, you can also deposit to RCI in the year you don't have points. I just found that out myself. I have 168K EOY. I got one free transaction every year. Even though I don't have any points for 2009, I can deposit points from my 2010 use year to RCI.
