If you already have a retail timeshare and you buy a resale, do you have to pay more club dues?

It is in the contract, but I was wondering if I actually have to pay that when I already pay them.

Depends. If you have a HGVC or a bHC deeds (doesn't matter if it is retail or resale), then you only pay 1 club dues. The exception is HCNY...they pay their own club dues. Another possible exception is for bHC and choosing the optional AI.
