I loved Tower Records, used to go there all the time.

I bought lots of LPs, stereo cassettes, & even CDs from Tower Records in Washington DC, just a few blocks from where I worked.

First CD I bought was Jive Bunny & The Mastermixers. I still have it.

Tower Records was too far away. We had a Budget Tapes and Records. All that I have left of my 100's of records and tapes is the Rolling Stones Some Girls album. We still have loads of cd's at the cabin but no CD player, lol.

I remember lining up there to buy concert tickets, went to some good ones at Winter land, and Day on the Green in Oakland.
