Hello,
I am retiring from the United States Navy after 26 years of active duty and need to reduce my monthly bills so this creates an excellent opportunity for you to get a Wyndham Points Plus ownership for a great price.
I have a total of 386,000 deeded points awarded annually split up over four contracts at Wyndham Grand Desert Las Vegas NV and Wyndham Sedona in Sedona AZ. Total maintenance fees are $149.70/month which includes taxes. There are currently 282,000 points available for use this year. I own these free and clear and all maintenance fees are current. Having the ownership split up like this has allowed me to move canceled points between calendar years due to the overlapping dates.
Contracts are the following: (dates indicate Use Year End Date so award dates are either Jan 1st or July 1st for the 78k Sedona).
Grand Desert 12/31 UDI ALT YEAR EVEN 154,000
Sedona 6/30 UDI Annual 78,000
Sedona 12/31 UDI ALT YEAR ODD 154,000
Grand Desert 12/31 UDI Annual 154,000
Would like to sell all four deeds to the same person for $1 and I will split closing costs and transfer fees with buyer. Costs we will split are closing deed prep/recording = $125/deed, Wyndham transfer fee $299/deed so total would be $1696 of which I would pay half so total to you would be $849. You can get into a large Wyndham ownership for less than $850 which would cost tens of thousands from the developer.
Closing will be through Legal Timeshare Transfers unless you have a cheaper option.
