I sent my letter in on Tuesday CMRR. I haven't gotten the little green card back yet, however, I was wondering, should I call them? Make sure they got it? I tried to fax it too, but it wouldn't go through.

What is the SOP for this? I rescinded but I'm worried something is going to happen. lol.

Let me know, calm me down.

Thanks.

If you followed the instructions in the TS purchase paperwork I wouldn't worry. The TS have a lot of people rescind.

Thanks. I wasn't sure what to do beyond this point with the TS. I will sit back and wait until I get my CC refunded.

I recinded last sunday by phone 3 days after signing contract and was promptly called back and got confirmation of cancalation that same day.
the administrator emailed me also using that as proof of cancalation.
I was just like you, sweating bullits and kicking myself for purchasing.

Cibola Vista in Az was where I got mine, they were very professional in how
they treated me, very expeditious. kudos to them!!

It's been 7 days since I sent in my rescind letter. How long should I wait before calling them up to find out when my charges on my credit card will get reversed. They charged me on the 2nd. And of course, I'm paying finance charges on that if they don't credit it before my account becomes due.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Waiting times?

(I'd call, but I'm so busy right now, lol)
TIA.

It's not entirely clear where you were when you purchased. However, from your other thread, I'm guessing you were in Hawaii when you purchased. If so, here is the provision that applies (Section 514E-17 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes):
If a purchaser or developer gives a valid notice of cancellation of the contract pursuant to section 514E-8, all of the purchaser's funds and any negotiable instruments and purchase money contracts made by the purchaser shall be returned to the purchaser within fifteen days after the notice of cancellation is received.
If you were in a different state when you purchased, let us know and we can probably provide the applicable refund rule.

Sorry for not being more clear. I purchased in CA on May 2. Sent in my rescind letter on the 7th. Got the card back on the 9th (CMRR card).

Hope that helps.
