I have tried multiple times to deed back my Blue Ridge Village timeshare, managed by Bluegreen, and they promise but never send paperwork

I have been trying for at least two years to deed back a week 23 at Blue Ridge Village in the older section. I guess I will try to list it on Redweek and see if I can get a taker for it. The fees go up every year and no explanation as to why.

If you are on Facebook, you should try listing on the many groups (Bluegreen Resort Owners Selling & Transferring Ownership, Bluegreen Points for Sale Only, and Bluegreen Timeshare Resales). At worst, you give it away for free and pay the transfer fee of 500. Bluegreen gets to decide whether to allow the sale to go through or repurchase it. Regardless, you are rid of it.
