I have an II reservation with eplus - now I have a couple of questions about using the eplus

1) The reservation I have reserved is for a 2 bdr. Since I exchanged an efficiency into a resort with only 2 bdrs I paid a 2 level upcharge. I am looking at using eplus now for a resort that has one bedroom units which is adequate for my needs. Will I get a refund of the second level upcharge?

2) Is there any way to put in a request using eplus or is one limited to what can be found by doing a search of available trades?

I don’t believe you will get a refund.

No requests available, you can only search available trades.
