One of my two searches for February in Palm Springs matched - hooray. Now I have to try to piggyback a second week, if not at the same resort at least in the same area.
After unsuccessfully trying online to get my dates to change, I phoned in. Explained to the guide that my confirmed week is Feb 9 to 16 so I want an ongoing search from Feb 2 to Feb 9 and from Feb 16 to Feb 23, exactly. No problem, she says. When I look at what she's done while on the phone with her, it seems right. It seems I have two sets of the same resorts with different dates. Thank you very much.
When I logged out and logged back in, it had reverted to one set of dates. I've managed to successfully change it to basically the month of February.
Is it worth phoning in again and trying to have them do what I'm asking? Or is their website simply not designed to do ongoing searches with that level of specificity? I'd really like to not have to check twice a day to ensure I haven't been matched with a week with overlapping dates.
And BTW this is the first time I've ever had an ongoing search with Interval match.
