:cheer: I GOT IT!!!

First of all i would like to thank all the members of this forum. I have been one month reading, asking, learning a lot about timeshare and finally i decided to get the timeshare who can work well for my interests.

This could not have been possible without ur help, i started in this forum considering about getting a marriott and finally i decided for rci points, cause i always plan my holidays within 30 days and in off season, which means weeks around 9000 points.:whoopie:

By the way ¿do u think is a good buy?¿and do u know the seller memorablevacation?

the add:

RCI POINT TIMESHARE GOLD CROWN 92.5K PARKWAY ORLANDO
Maintenance Fees (dollars): 650.00

92,500 RCI Points Issued Every Even Year
Points are as follows: Issued Jan 1st and Expire 2yrs later on Dec 31st
'08 Points 92,500 Available Now
*Week 30*
The original owner paid $3000 to convert this ownership into rci points
The savings is passed onto you

and i got it by 999 $!!

¿do u think is a good deal for my purpose?

thanks a lot for ur help!!!

Vacation Village At Parkway Is Outstanding.

Congratulations.

Vacation Village At Parkway is a nice timeshare -- 1 of our favorites.

We took a pre-construction hard-sell timeshare tour there in 2002, an experience that infected us with The Timeshare Bug. On the way back to our dinky motel after the tour, we saw a huge roadside billboard that said . . .

TIMESHARES -- BUY RESALE
SAVE THOUSANDS

When we got home from our vacation, we called the toll-free number off the billboard. The rest is history.

In 2006, we came full circle. We snagged an outstanding Last Call reservation into Vacation Village At Parkway -- got to stay there & have a great time for Motel 6 & Super 8 rates instead of paying the big bux the timeshare company wanted us to shell out.

In 2009 we're going back once again to Vacation Village At Parkway. Last Call strikes again.

Is this a great country or what ?
