I got Marbella Spain!!!

as you may know already i deposited my ASC for 2009 in July acquiring an AC. i requested St. Kitts and 2 of the Spain props. A couple of weeks ago St kitts was sent to me. I decided to decline and see if i could get st kitt with my bonus week in early nov. I left just the 2 Spain requests for July and Aug 09. During flexchange, i was able to snag the St kitts week, and today i just got confirmed in Marbella July 09!!! I can't believe it! I love Marriott. I have had nothing but great experiences since we bought pre-construction sight unseen back in 2006. Thank you to all of you guys for your help and guidance and for answering my redundant questions. You're all the best.
And there is a post on here about Spain and someone posted the pics of Marbella and Andaluza, thanks for those great pics. i can't wait!!:whoopie:

I, too, just heard that I got my exchange into Marbella. I am pleased to say my one bedroom, gold season BeachPlace Towers exchanged into a 2 bedroom Marbella in August.

My studio gold BeachpLace Towers over the weekend traded for one-bedroom Surf Club for July 4th week.

I am most pleased with my exchanges.

But, most of all, I can't wait to go to Marbella after hearing such great things about it.

I just read some of the reviews of Marbella. Does anyone know if the units have been refurbished? Some have commented that the furniture looked tired.

All units have been refurbished although still have the old TV's!

i posted so many questions and always said that, so i didn't want to bore people with it.

II tells me that there is construction of 'public spaces' at Marriott Marbella for all of 2009. Any idea whether that should dissuade us from reserving there?
