Went to a very relaxed owners update this morning. Nice breakfast and no attempt to sell us anything. We were released in just over an hour without even seeing a purchase option. The sales person, however, left us with a question. He referred to something called a Hybrid ownership. Acted like it was different than either an Access or Select ownership. Described the ownership as being the venn diagram overlap area of Access and Select. With a Hybrid, you'd have better chances for upgrades and discounts and only 2 percent of owners have Hybrid Ownerships. We did not ask any questions about Hybrid, so he went to get the obligatory offer. With his return, we expected to see something that would get us to Hybrid. Instead, he just came back, complimented us on our ownership, and sent us on to gifting. We own both Access and Select, already, having just recently bought CWA via telesales. A new sales tactic for people who already own both Access and Select, I guess.
