It trades via the Hyatt system. Weeks 48 through 50 are Gold weeks "worth" 1880 points so you could, depending on availability, trade for a 2 BR anywhere in the Hyatt system that's a Gold 2 BR. Or use your points to get a super premium 1 BR and have points left over. Diamond weeks (2200 points) are the pinnacle, Platinum (2000 points) behind that, and Gold coming in 3rd. But behind that are Silver (sharp dropoff to 1400 points), Bronze, Copper, and Mountain. So it's a pretty solid week:
It also trades via Interval International....but I don't know anything about that. I'm sure others have been trading II for years and know all the ins and outs.
Of course, it's not really "free" in that you have to pay $1500 MF per year.
Oh, by the way, you make it a point to say that it's a 2 BR, perhaps with the thought that it has 1 BRs and studios as well. Hyatt Windward Pointe has only 2 BRs.
Thank you. He said it was a resale. And has no points attached to it. Is this possible? I thought they all had points. Or is it like Marriott that you buy resale and can’t enrolled?
