Hyatt vacation club- didn’t get my world of Hyatt points for presentation

Question- does anyone know who I can contact to get my WOH incentive points for attending an in person presentation? It’s been almost 10 weeks. Annoying b/c I sat thru it & I would like my points! Thank so much!!

In the past with Marriott and Vistana when we had a similar issue with Bonvoy points, I would call the resort where the presentation was held and ask to be transferred to the sales group.

I agree with this, that the points are granted by the marketing department of the individual sales office where you attended the presentation. Good luck, they never return phone calls. (If you have an email, you MAY get a response.....someday.
