I'm buying a Hyatt in Key West from an individual (not from broker), and I know that Hyatt has a transfer fee. Does anyone know what that amount is? Who usually pays for that, the buyer or the seller?

$500 transfer fees... Buyer or Seller can pay the fees... It is negotiable.
