I spoke to an agent about my unit at the Hyatt Coconut Plantation in Bonita Springs, FL. They are only offering to pay all the legal closing cost with no payment to the owner for a Bronze Week. It appears that they are looking for an early Christmas gift? Maybe another way to look at it is an owner's bailout since everybody wants to get in on the COVID-19 bailout.

And yet, the sales "team" will tell one that it is a super smokin' deal at $23,000 in their update meetings.

I've sold almost 800 Hyatt weeks alone and in the past 2 years almost every 1,300 point and many 1,400 points weeks were sold for $0.00
Most buyers look for most points at lowest price and dues so few want only 1,300 points annual since dues are the same for 1,880 or more points.
Recently Hyatt was buying back only when resales were $1.oo to $2.oo per point but only for a short while prior to Covid.
