We have a 4-night reservation in 2 bedroom for early May. Which floor we should expect? low, middle , high? Any particular villa we should request? Thanks for any insights.

It depends on what is open. We always request a high floor. We have stayed 8th, 9th floor, 7th, 4th, 2nd,and 1st. They will try to meet your requests. Front desk is amazing but it depends on what's open

Also tell them which side of the bldg you want, North or south. The north side gets morning sun and shade in the late afternoon. visa-versa for the south side. For height, it depends which floor band you are on. For me I would want the highest floor possible.
