I would call Owner Services and NOT GO-HYATT. I had the same response on Week 6 reservations for 2009 where the advisor said it was blacked out because it was a holiday week. I reminded him that Week 7 included Presidents Day, but he didn't budge.
I then called Owner Services and they had the correct answer. They also apologized for the mis-communication and said some of the advisors get confused now and then.
Thanks, I'll do that once my points become available in a couple of weeks. Right now the resort I'm looking at doesn't show any availability at all, either split or full week. But it's still more than 6 months out, so I assume that may change.
