Do HRC guests have room charge privileges at the neighboring Hyatt, for instance when reserving a cabana or eating at Lone Eagle Grill? If so, any experience with what qualified as eligible spend for WOH purposes?

Yes, you can charge hotel purchases to your room and World of Hyatt points are awarded. Just make sure that the front desk has your WOH number when you check in.
