Hi there. Has anyone had success in selling their Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar time share using redweek? Also any tips on selling or giving back timeshare. Hyatt does not seem to want that property back at all and won’t consider deed transfers.

Well, like we suggest - you could get a TUG membership for $15 and then list on the marketplace there also. eBay can also work.

If you just want to get rid of it, you could also try listing in the free timeshare's forum here on the forum.

Whom did you contact at Hyatt asking about a deedback? It's recommended that you contact the resort's Homeowners' Association. If you have tried all other methods to get rid of what you have, tell the HOA that you are not going to pay any more money for MFs, so it would be best for everyone for the HOA to take your TS back amicably. The HOS would rather do this than you letting it go into default and foreclosure.

But whatever you do, do not pay any TS exit company or law firm to get you out of or "cancel" your TS.

We did a few times and just yesterday. There are no options for Deedback for HDM.
