Hyatt call center -- closed Sundays (and maybe going the way of MVCI/Vistana?)

I love Hyatt -- but things are a-changing (as expected). I called today for assistance, and the recording says as of 3/1/20, the call center will be closed on Sundays.

Will we experience wait times similar to MVCI and Vistana? Time will tell, but I shudder the thought of going through hour long wait times to get through...

The call center closed on Sundays beginning in March 2019. I think they will remain separate, but just my guess.

Yes I was going to say the same as above . he call center closed on Sundays about a year ago. The biggest problem I anticipate is when something goes wrong with the web site (which it does quite often at critical times ). And by not being able to call Member Services until a day later just compounds the problem(s) created by the lame web site.

Oops sorry. I dont call in very much so I was listening to the recording. I guess they have left it that way since last year.
