I have a couple of units reserved at the Hyatt in Branson. I noticed on the Interval confirmation that there is a number to call if you want to upgrade your unit or extend your stay. Has anyone ever done this. I would like to upgrade the lock off to a full one bedroom.

That would be the former Welk resort in Branson. It's worth a shot to see what they will do and what the cost would be.
