Hyatt Beach House Request and Suggestions

Hi! We will be travelling to the Hyatt Beach House Key West in a couple weeks. We own Marriott and exchanged in through II. I was just wondering if it's worth making a room request as an exchanger, and if so, what should we request? Are there any resort maps available to see online?

Also, any recommendations of things to do, see, places to eat, etc. while we are there would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!!
