That second one (the color coded one with loads of Bronze and Silver weeks) is YEARS out of date.

I just downloaded the most recent one from the Hyatt site. The other one is current (at least for the Beach House). Any specific questions? I'm originally from Key West. I own at the Beach House. And used to work for Hyatt.
