Signed up for HGV in FL for $30,000 for 8000 points with deed at a Las Vegas location. Maintenance $1100. Found this forum and so sent an email and a certified return receipt letter with our signatures for cancellation/rescission 5 days after we signed. For FL there is a 10 day period. Now waiting on the refund.
