How to use a deeded week for Cibola Vista

Hi,

Years and years ago (I think it was 2004?) my mother bought into Cibola Vista. She has barely used it. I'm trying to figure out how this can be used elsewhere (trading through Interval or RCI perhaps?), but I'm just finding info on points and not weeks. Any help would be most appreciated!

Was it purchased before BlueGreen took over Cibola Vista I am assuming? If so it was probably a more traditional week and don’t know what arrangements the property had with exchange companies. You might contact RCI weeks (not points) or Interval to see if you can join with the week? Of course BlueGreen would probably be glad to convert your week into the BlueGreen program - for a nice fee of course and probably a requirement to buy some points from them. I believe this was the case at Shenandoah. Hopefully someone else on here will be able to shed a little more light on your question.

I depends, if purchased through Bluegreen then the underlying deeded week can be priority booked at 12 months.

Thank you. She ultimately decided to deed the week back rather than keep paying on something she almost never used.
