I know we used to be able to transfer space banked weeks to friends and family. Can we still do this and, if so, how? I notice that the form you used to use to do so no longer appears in the directory or on-line. Thanks.

That's new news!

But I'd surprised if the answer isn't essentially the same as it was in 1999, except for the addition of the fee to do it:

The form in the back of the directory, Membership Transfer Application, is
> mainly used for the sale of timeshare, but also for the transfer of weeks.
> The most important parts of the document are the areas which indicate your
> account information, the week you want transferred, and to what account
it's > going to. As long as we have that information along with your signature,
it should be taken care of. That information can also be listed in a signed
> letter if you prefer. Once the information is completed, you can fax it
to us at 317/805-9335 if you wish. Hope this helps.

I think they recently raised the fee from $49. to $79.

alliebrian,

The instructions provided by JLB for transferring deposited weeks are still correct. However, ttt is also correct that the pricing changed in August to $79 USD/$95 CAD.
