- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Regal Vistas does have ROFR but I haven't heard of Great Eastern exercising their ROFR. Doesn't mean they won't for a give away of a high season weeks or points unit. If it isn't deeded for 25-32, I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you are willing to pay LT transfers to prepare the deed etc. they will take care of the submitting the transfer fee and anything needed for rofr.

I am a lawyer and although I do mostly commercial real estate, I may have a purchase and sale agreement that you can adapt and use. In it you must disclose Great Eastern's right of first refusal even though they likely will not exercise it.
