How to search with SDO 1 Bedrooms in II?

Hi,

My Sheraton Desert Oasis Odd year lockoff unit was added to my II account this week.

With my Marriott lockoffs where I have all possibilities (2 BR, 1 BR and Studio) for every use year under "My Units" meaning for the week I on there are 9 lines: 2008, 2009, 2010 multiplied by 2 BR, 1 BR and Studio.

And when trying to deposit the 2 BR after entering the reservation number and check in date I am specifically asked it I want to deposit the whole unit or only one side.

With the SDO I only see two line in "My Units":

2008 2 BR
2009 2 BR

I do not care for the 2008 2 BR (although my week is only odd years), but how can I use the 2009 entry to search only with one of the 1 BR sides?

When I do a search, select the 2009 SDI week I am asked for my checkin date. After chosing this, I directly get search results for the 2BR unit.

I see no option to choose that I only want to search with one 1 BR side.

Am I misisng something?

Or is something wrong with how the week shows up in my II account?

If you reserved it as a 2 bdm., it is deposited as a 2 bdm. To split it, you need to make two separate reservations, one for each side.

I would guess that your II account is set up incorrectly, somehow. My lockoff shows up as

2 Bedroom (lock off capability)
1 Bedroom A
1 Bedroom B

Or something like that. You probably need to call II and get it straightened out. Good luck.

As Denise L stated, they have added the week incorrectly to your account - call II and tell them you own a lock-off and they will fix it.

They did the opposite with mine; they show it in my II account as a lock-off capable, but it isn't. So I thought it was what it wasn't, but it isn't.
