How To Search Deeds for CWA

Hello,

I was reading a forum on searching for deeds to Orlando timeshares. This information has been really helpful to see what people are currently paying for their timeshares. Sheep to slaughter is how I feel about it. I wanted to know how to search for Wyndham CWA deeds. Since it is not tied to a resort, where can you find this information. All CWA deeds are held by the trust. The best way I know of to guage market price is to search EBay Sold listings.

Timeshares are only worth what someone is willing to pay. Depending on location they may not be worth the cost of the annual maintenance fees. eBay is your best bet to fine their true value, which is generally a penny to pennies on the dollar from the developer's price.

All CWA deeds are held by the trust. The best way I know of to guage market price is to search EBay Sold listings.

I don't even know if you will really find CWA Deeds ( ie: individual names ) because I am sure the Trust is holding title. When someone buys CWA they are investing in the Trust and have financial interest in the Trust. So trying to research value that way won't work. I agree that Ebay sales are our only means of research.
