As the title says, I have amassed quite a bunch of points through RCI. We just had a baby, and with COVID, we haven't been using them. Whats the best way to get renters? Ideally, I could book anything available though RCI - and for a great deal. Just looking to cover some of my costs.

Unfortunately, RCI rules don't permit the rental of reservations made with RCI points. In reality, it's not unusual for RCI members to quietly rent to friends and family that know the score. But if you start advertising to the general public, that's how you get caught by RCI - which you don't want to do.

There is a cottage industry of selling RCI points (for transfer) on eBay. Seems some of the sellers there have been at it for a while. Definitely against the rules, but if RCI was too big on shutting such things down .... they are taking their sweet time.

To be clear .... I have absolutely no personal stake in the sales link below.

Thats interesting. I see alot of listings on eBay, but no sold listings. Can points be transferred between RCI accounts?

Is it OK to do if you purchase a guest certificate?

No, it's still against RCI's rules. The guest certificates are supposed to be for guests - not renters.
